Swiss chard in a frying pan!

You will need:

  • Swiss chard
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes (Chili ?)

  1. To start, bring water to a boil and add salt.
  2. Wash the Swiss chard.

  4. Boil everything together in the boiling water for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and garlic.
  6. Drain the water and sauté the Swiss chard in the pan for 5 minutes, adding chili flakes if desired and salt if needed.
  7. The Swiss chard is ready and can be served as is, drizzled with olive oil, or used in other preparations.
