You will need:
- 240g Flour
- 30g Parmesan
- 2 Eggs
- 200g Milk
- 60g Vegetable oil
- 16g Baking powder
- Salt
Filling (in case you decide to make a mix of muffins with different flavors):
- 200g Cheese
- 3 tbsp Grated fresh vegetables and basil (carrots, zucchini)
- 3 tbsp Olives
- 4 tbsp Frozen peas, pre-cooked
- 3 tbsp Finely chopped ham or sausages
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
Prepare the filling and set it aside.
Whisk together all the liquid ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
Now, mix the dry and liquid ingredients together.
Add your desired filling.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
Spoon the batter into muffin cups. Top with the filling.
Bake for 20 minutes, and if you want to brown the tops, you can place the muffins on the upper oven rack for an additional 5 minutes.
