You will need:
For the rolls:
- 500g Bread Flour
- 7g Dry yeast (or 15g fresh yeast)
- 270g Slightly warm water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 30g Butter (room temperature)
- 10g Salt
For boiling:
- 2 liters Water
- 8 tbsp Baking soda
Topping:
- Coarse salt
Mix water, sugar, and yeast.
Let the yeast sit for 30 minutes.
Then, in the mixer, knead the yeast mixture into the flour.
Gradually add the butter while continuing to knead.
Then add salt.
Once the dough becomes homogeneous and elastic, place it in a bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Bring water to a boil with baking soda.
Form approximately 12-15 balls.
Boil each for about 30 seconds.
Then place all the balls on a baking sheet.
Make incisions and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
