Five-Minute Chocolate Cake

You will need:

  • 160g all-purpose flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 40g grated coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • 100ml vegetable oil
  • 100g dark chocolate chips
  • 16g baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

To make the cake in 5 minutes, gather eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Blend all the ingredients together (using a blender or whisk). Then add the powders: flour, baking powder, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Blend again until the batter is smooth.

Now, add the dark chocolate chips and mix gently with a spoon. Pour the batter into a pre-greased and floured baking pan with a diameter of 22 cm. Smooth out the surface of the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
