You will need:
- 250g Whole grain flour
- 50g Sugar
- 50g Vegetable oil
- 175g Yogurt (can be made from soy)
- 8g Baking powder
- Cranberries in my case
- To start, mix all the dry ingredients and then add the remaining ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a uniform and compact consistency.
- Shape the dough into a long loaf and cut it into slices that are 1.5cm wide.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes! The cookies will look very soft despite having a golden color.
- Let the cookies cool down and serve them on the table.

- 50g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- A small amount of milk
- 2 pinches of Baking soda
- Chopped nuts
- Mix all the ingredients together and add a little bit of milk to get a uniform and pliable consistency.
- Shape the dough into a long loaf and cut it into slices that are 1.5cm wide.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle sugar on top.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes!
