You will need:
- 3 Apples
- 200g Flour
- 150g Sugar
- 2 Room Temperature Eggs
- 80ml Vegetable Oil
- 50ml Room Temperature Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Lemon Zest
- 16g Baking Powder
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Now, whisk together the eggs, milk, oil, and lemon zest with a fork.
Combine everything.
Pour the batter into a 24cm diameter baking dish.
Slice the apples into thin pieces and arrange them on the surface like a sun.
Sprinkle with 1 tbsp sugar.
Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes. (after 40 minutes, check the pie. If it has risen well and turned golden, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and continue baking)
Check the pie for readiness.
