Chocolate Meringue Cookies Ossa Dei Morti

You will need:

  • 40g Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 185g Powdered Sugar
  • 2.5g Salt
  • Whites of 2 large eggs
  • 100g Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 100g Milk Chocolate Chips
  • Vanilla

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Mix cocoa, sugar, and salt.

Separately, whisk the egg whites and vanilla with a fork.

The dough will be very sticky.

Then spoon the dough onto a baking sheet, trying to maintain space between each cookie. I cut mine after baking.

Bake the cookies at 190 degrees for 12 minutes until the surface is shiny. The cookies should be soft rather than crispy.

Let the cookies cool very well.
