You will need:
- 2 Eggs
- 130g Sugar
- 125g Butter
- 100g Chocolate Chips
- 350g-400g Flour
- Vanilla
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
Start by beating the eggs with a fork.
Add room temperature butter while continuing to beat.
Then add sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Mix well.
Gradually add flour while constantly kneading.
Form a ball from the dough (the dough should be compact and almost non-sticky), wrap it in plastic wrap, and set aside for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Roll out the dough (5 mm) and cut out cookies with a cookie cutter.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
Place the cookies on parchment paper and decorate the surface of each with additional chocolate chips.
Bake for 20 minutes.
