Cake in 5 minutes without eggs

You will need:

  • 400g Milk
  • 40g Vegetable oil
  • 200g Flour
  • 180g Sugar
  • 60g Cocoa powder
  • 15g Baking powder
  • Lemon or tangerine zest
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100g Chocolate chips (I added cherries)

    Sift the flour and cocoa powder together.

    Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix with a whisk.

    Heat the milk but do not bring it to a boil.

    Now add the hot milk and oil and mix again with a whisk.

    Finally, add the chocolate chips. Transfer the batter to a 22 cm mold.

    Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

    Check for doneness before removing from the oven.

    Let the cake cool and serve on the table ☕️
