Bok Choy in Italian Style

You will need:

  • Bok Choy
  • 3-4 Anchovies in oil
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic Salt

  1. Pour olive oil into a skillet, add garlic and anchovies.
  2. Heat the oil over medium heat and allow the anchovies to completely dissolve.
  3. Then add the Bok Choy, cut into quarters.
  4. You can add a little water.
  5. Cover with a lid and cook until it reaches a tender consistency.
  6. Believe me, it’s incredibly delicious… even on bruschetta…
