You will need:
- 200g Whole Grain Flour
- 200g Oat Flour
- 200g Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 130g Brown Sugar
- 15g Baking Powder
- 4 tbsp Milk
- To start, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.
- Then add the butter and mix until well combined.

- Add the milk. I used 4 tablespoons, but you may need an additional tablespoon. The dough should be soft and crumbly, similar to sand.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Then roll out the dough and cut out the cookies with a cookie cutter. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°C.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet.
