Asparagus

You will need:

  • Asparagus
  • Garlic
  • sparagusOlive oil
  • Salt
  • Dry white wine
  • Lemon

  1. Pour olive oil into a skillet and add garlic.
  2. Wash and clean the asparagus, trimming off the tough ends.
  3. Begin sautéing the asparagus over medium heat.
  4. After 8-10 minutes, increase the heat and add the white wine.
  5. Once the wine evaporates, check if the asparagus is cooked or continue cooking over medium heat until tender.
  6. You can cover it with a lid if desired.
  7. Transfer the cooked asparagus to a plate, drizzle with the sauce that forms in the skillet, and squeeze lemon juice over it.
  8. Serve at the table.
